THE TEAM

Alison Denny

Alison Denny grew up on a horse stud and cattle property.  She is passionate about equine behaviour and welfare and takes time to observe the needs of the individual horse.   Alison is also an active competitor and has produced horses for FEI level eventing. She has over 30 years experience in riding, training, coaching and competing.  Alison is a qualified Pony Club instructor and massage therapist so is geared to look after both horses and riders.

Daisy Denny

Daisy has grown up with horses and has progressed from enthusiastic Pony Clubber to successful Two Star Eventer in a short space of time. Whilst at high school, Daisy was selected on various state and national junior squads.   Her passion and committment saw her compete in the Adelaide Three Day Event in her final year of high school on her off-the-track thoroughbred Wilberforce.  Daisy is currently studying at University and employed as a part-time Veterinary Assistant at Manly Road Vet Hospital.  Daisy's sensitivity in her care for horses along with horse riding, training and property management skills make her well suited to looking after the horses here at Dayboro Valley Agistment.

Jack Denny

Jack also grew up on horses.  He started at Pony Club and is now a trick rider at the Outback Spectacular on the Gold Coast.  Jack has always had his own less conconventional way of approaching riding and this has kept the family very open minded in our approach of how things "should" be done.  Jack brings a talent and love of music, a lot of love and care for horses and all animals  as well as some much needed muscle to Dayboro Valley Agistment.

Russell Denny

Russell is a qualified civil engineer and co-designed the property.  He is the operations manager of the farm and can usually be found on the tractor.  Russell loves the landscape and is reposible for a lot of the land managemant and tree planting.  His personnal touch can be found in the picnic area and trails around the property.  Russell and Jack together can be found rock climbing in the Glass House mountains in their spare time but he is still a reliable hand with the horses when needed.
